If you do not want SMS alerts, leave the box unchecked and do not sign. Your store setup and POS access can continue without SMS enrollment.
BionicPOS enrollment reference / recorded by / date (internal)
Setup staff: retain the completed form privately, verify the recipient and number, record the enrollment, then enable only the selected alerts. A new recipient or number requires a new form. Never publish a completed form.
